Mazda เผยโฉม 3 รุ่นใหม่ดังที่เห็นในภาพทั้ง 3 จะเห็นได้ว่ายังมีกลิ่นอายของรุ่นปัจจุบันอยู่พอสมควร (ก็ของมันดีอยู่แล้วเปลี่ยนมากเด๋วไม่ถูกใจขายไม่ออกแย่เลย : Ohg)
การออกแบบที่ใกล้เคียงกับรุ่นปัจจุบัน เช่นสันตัวถังแนวสูง กระโปรงท้ายแบบตูดเป็ด ส่วนที่ดึงดูดมากที่สุดคงเป็นด้านหน้า ไฟหน้าทรงคล้ายเดิมแต่ดึงเฉียงขึ้นไปด้านบนมากขึ้น กันชนใหม่ปรับรูปแบบจาก รุ่นพี่ RX-8 และ Concept car ของค่ายมาผสมกัน ส่วนท้ายคล้ายเดิม ไฟท้ายสวยล้ำสมัย ปลายท่อไอเสียคู่ ออกสองฟาก เพิ่มความสปอร์ต โดยรวมรูปทรงยังไปในแนวทางปัจจุบันของค่าย
เครื่องยนต์ ยังไม่มีรายละเอียดมากนัก แต่ตัวยืนคงเป็นเครื่อง 2.0ลิตร โดยอาจมีเครื่อง 2.5ลิตร มาเป็นตัวแรงแทน 2.3ลิตรตัวปัจจุบันปัจจุบันมีเผยแค่โฉม 4 ประตูซีดาน 5 ประตูแฮทแบค
